Re: StrokeIt Home .9.7 can't work with Firefox 14 + - 11 years agoWorks fine for me: Firefox 14.0.1, Windows 7 32b. Is this a 64-bit issue? I created a new app, used MozillaWindowClass as the id, added a gesture "B" = "toggle bookmarks bar" = VEB, no problem.by MKairys - StrokeIt Bugs Re: Rocker Gestures: - 11 years ago> Hold down the left mouse button, then click right to move forward. No > Hold down the right mouse button, then click left to move backward. Yesby MKairys - General Re: rbutton_down, rbutton_up and similar Gestures - 11 years agoFor example lbutton: hold right button (as for any gesture), click left button. I use this for windows-minimize.by MKairys - General Re: HOW DOES THIS WORK?!!! - 11 years agoThe wiki documentation is temporarily unavailable; see Jeff's post in another thread. What information do you need to get started? It's really pretty simple...by MKairys - General Re: Documentation ? - 11 years agoThanks so much, Jeff. The spam in these forums was becoming difficult. Always good to hear from you :)by MKairys - General Re: "Aero Peek" acts as on/off toggle for StrokeIt commands on Desktop - 12 years agoYMMV with Windows 8 of course. My guess is Jeff will look at supporting it when it is out of beta (I mean "preview" :)by MKairys - StrokeIt Bugs Re: how to setup some Delay between keystrokes? - 12 years agoAlways happy to jump on the easy ones and leave the hard ones to you and Leo :) :)by MKairys - General Re: Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all StrokeIt users. - 12 years agoThanks, Leo. I think you and I are the only ones left in these forums from the old 2006 gang :)by MKairys - General Re: how to setup some Delay between keystrokes? - 12 years agoAs the dialog itself says: "An Action is a set of commands..." Start your action. Add a Keys - Send Keystrokes command. Add a Utilities - Delay command. Add another Keys - Send Keystrokes command. Etc.by MKairys - General Re: Is there any new release coming up? - 12 years agoIs there something in particular you are looking for in a new version?by MKairys - Improvement Requests Re: do StrokeIt's gestures all depend on right-button?never any left-button gesture? - 12 years agoYou can choose left or right button in Preferences.by MKairys - General Re: How many gestures have you performed? - 12 years ago> I wonder how many Leo has Integer overflow? :)by MKairys - General Re: Windows 7 Aero Bug - 13 years agoAlso your monitor setup: how many and at what resolution, please.by MKairys - StrokeIt Bugs Re: Windows 7 Aero Bug - 13 years agoAnd if you enable Aero and disable (but don't uninstall) StrokeIt the behavior is normal?by MKairys - StrokeIt Bugs Re: Adobe Reader X, Win7, XP, SI not working - 13 years agoI find that it works with StrokeIt if you disable its Protected Mode (Edit > Preferences > General > uncheck "Enable Protected Mode at startup"). But I suppose its Protected Mode is the whole point...by MKairys - General Re: Can't identify java application (class, title or filename) - 13 years agoOkay, I installed this VUE thing and had no problem setting it up in StrokeIt. Did you try the Finder Tool on the Add Application dialog? It gave me VUE-launcher.exe for file name, which worked, and SunAwtFrame as Window Class, which also worked (but which might be used by other apps). Finally I tried Window Title, using VUE* and checking "Match text as pattern", and this also worked.by MKairys - General Re: General mouse improvements - 13 years agoSee the gesture article in the Wiki doc: http://www.tcbmi.com/strokeit/wiki/index.php?title=Help:Gesture_listby MKairys - Improvement Requests Re: SwapMouseButton disables StrokeIt - 13 years agoP.S. I still call this a StrokeIt bug (Jeff :)by MKairys - StrokeIt Bugs Re: SwapMouseButton disables StrokeIt - 13 years agoThere is not a "swap buttons" in my buttons panel, perhaps because I have Intellipoint. All I can do with my dialog is change the left and right button actions individually, about a half-a-dozen-click solution. Hence my program. I agree, perhaps no one else but I would want to swap on a regular basis. I'm trying to rest my right hand and yet still get some work done :)by MKairys - StrokeIt Bugs Re: SwapMouseButton disables StrokeIt - 13 years agoWhere at? There used to be a setting in the old XP mouse properties... Anyway I was looking for a one-click solution, so I can swap hands back and forth easily.by MKairys - StrokeIt Bugs SwapMouseButton disables StrokeIt - 13 years agoDealing with some CTS issues, I am attempting to mouse with my left hand. In order to switch hands I must swap the left and right mouse buttons, so I wrote a small program that calls the Win32 API function SwapMouseButton. However running this program seems to disable Strokeit; once I've run my program once the editor comes up fine but it does not respond to strokes until it is restarted.by MKairys - StrokeIt Bugs Re: VS2010 eats the mouse click - 13 years ago> VS 2010 will eat up right mouse click Why do you say that? I don't see anything like that, with VS2010 on Win7 32-bit.by MKairys - General Re: Voice recognition macros / automation? - 13 years agoWindows Speech Recognition has a macro capability which I have used with success: http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/wsrmacrosby MKairys - General Re: LBUTTON_DOWN & MBUTTON_DOWN doesn't work on Windows 7 taskbar... - 13 years agoAllen Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > i wanted to use those gestures to load programs... Did you know that middle-button-click opens a link in a new tab?by MKairys - StrokeIt Actions Re: keepass - 14 years agoI downloaded and tried it with a simple command (ctrl-z to open the password generator) and it worked fine for me. What are you using for an application identifier?by MKairys - General |
