Just purchased pro license & now "LoadLibrary failed" error

Just purchased pro license (1/21/2010) and did a reinstall of my machine (restore w/backup; was time to clean up files, etc.) and for some reason, StrokeIt now gives me the error:

LoadLibrary Failed
c:\Program Files\TCB Networks\StrokeIt\Plugins\lua5.1.dll

I installed VC8 redist package that was mentioned in another place in the forum but I'm still receiving the error ... thanks in advance for your help! :)

The [url=http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9b2da534-3e03-4391-8a4d-074b9f2bc1bf&displaylang=en]VC8 redist[/url] or the [url=http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=A5C84275-3B97-4AB7-A40D-3802B2AF5FC2&displaylang=en]VC8 SP1 redist[/url] should be the only libraries needed.

You may have to restart your computer after installing those.
