Task Prev, Task Next do not exist

Default.cfg ships with the following actions:

Task Next [Up-Right] {
gesture = Up-Right
gesture = WHEEL_DOWN
Next Window = win, next
}
Task Prev [Up-Left] {
gesture = Up-Left
gesture = WHEEL_UP
Previous Window = win, prev
}

Snag is, "win, next" and "win, prev" do not exist, and display with "?" against each command. I've got switch to previous window to work by sending alt-tab keystrokes but this is extremely flaky, because Windows rejects alt-tab if pressed too quicky.

Any idea what's happened to these commands?

Also, anyone know of a good alt-tab program that can be invoked with StrokeIt, under XP (so not VistaSwitcher) that puts the program list under the cursor?

These commands are made for Win95, Win98 and WinMe. They do not work in newer versions.
