StrokeIt and gaming - problem

Hello, I am first time user of StrokeIt, and I am finding the program to be excellent in gaming world as well.

However, I have a problem - some games require you to use effect of "holding a Left mouse button click", something that I am able to use only when I press ignore gesture button (ctrl, shift, or alt).

I am fine with that, but I was wondering, is there a way that I could configure StrokeIt so that it does not disable Left mouse button hold?

That won't do it.

EDIT:

I don't really need to hold CTRL all the time, it works just well when I just hold CTRL, press and hold Left mouse button, and release CTRL.

Can I do this somehow with StrokeIt by just using Left Mouse button?

Or Is it possible to make StrokeIt ignore on Right mouse button? maybe it would solve my troubles...
