Anybody who knows how to perform horizontal scroll?

Without using AutoHotKey, can I scroll right or left in any program ?
Is there any Plugins supporting it..?

I tried using AutoHotKey with the performance unsatisfying - Some apps don't accept being controlled. Moreover, it's very hard to use, and uncompatible with Strokeit. a-hu.

What I just did was set the WHEEL_DOWN and set a Hotkey for the right arrow. That means, I hold down the right mouse button and scroll and I scroll right. WHEEL_UP and the left arrow lets me scroll back. Works like a charm.
