Move to Child Window

Any ideas how to move to a subwindow or childwindow of a main application (I want to switch subwindows to a window with caption 'Rule Evaluation - Business' then execute a hotkey). Any relevant messages?

Also, more generally, is there a good website to reference on available messages?

Try the Windows - Activate Window command in strokeit's command directory (the pull down on the right side when you set up a command).
and use the name of the child, dont use the crosshair thing as this usually (at least on win 98) comes up as either TformMain or #32770 (what ever that means).
