Command configured wrong

Hi. I drew my usual command 'C' to close the window but i drew it where it was unrecognizable and when the pop up came up i accidentally put 'W' which is the command to open a new window. is there anyway i can fix this so 'C' can go back to close command and not act as 'W' and open windows? thanks for you your help in advance

Go to learning mode. Draw Cs until you find the one recognized as a W. Re-learn it as a C.
