It is tedious w/o a plugin, however here is a solution using notepad and the keystrokes plugin:
WIN+R,notepad,enter,F5,CTRL+A,CTRL+X,ALT+F4,N,CTRL+V

hab dat mal selbst eingegeben .. dachte wÃ¤r nicht so schwer ...

hab dann aber irgendwo nen fehler gehabt ... und nur mit verzÃ¶gerungen zwischen den Befehlen hab ich herausgefunden, dass ich bei alt F4 letzteres ohne klammern geschrieben habe ([F4])

jetzt funzt's ...

jedoch hab ich activate programm benutzt ...

nicht win R notepad ... aber np ... nette idee ...
