Need help with "opening excite email" action

I just got strokeIt and I love it! I need help with an action though.

I want to make an action that brings the Excite.com login page up, types in my username, types in my password, and brings up the email page.

My current sequence opens up Excite, and the it types in my username in the WWW.___.COM field so that it brings up my folder instead of my username. I cant get tab to bring it down or anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
