Scrolling down up Mozilla

Hello,
I try to scroll down Mozilla with hotkey DOWN it's working, but one stroke down makes Mozilla go down only one line. How to get the same smooth scrolling down as IE with the middle button, in Mozilla?

I set it up to use the page down and page up keys, does it a full page at a time.

If you want the same functionality as autoscroll as in IE, then go here:
