Left mouse button click...?

Hi.
I'm using NetCaptor, and would like to open pages in new tabs. As far as NC bases on IE, the problem is to Shift+Left_Click on link (in IE to open new window), and it will open new window in a new tab. But, i can't find how to send a keystroke to click the left mouse button. Let's say i'll use this gesture to open it:

RBUTTON_DOWN
LBUTTON_DOWN
RBUTTON_UP
LBUTTON_UP

It works great, and since it is over a link, it should be usefull with the Shift+Left_click thing. And so i send a keystroke like:

[SHIFT_DOWN] .... [SHIFT_UP]

...right - i don't know what to input in the place of those ... and there should be the thing that would do the left mouse button down, and then up. How to do this? HELP!
