Internet Explorer - "Open in New Window"?
June 27, 2002 12:33PM
<HTML>Okie how can this be done, or can it? =) I want to be able to right-click and hold, then left-click, and have that left-click open the link that I'm on in a new window....

Is it possible?

Also, can someone tell me if it's possible to have scrolling my mouse wheel adjust my volume in Winamp and how to do it? (I want that one as a Global Action...)

Thanks for any help you can give!

<HTML>1) Nope, not possible at this time.

2) Use the SendMessage plugin:

Window (By class name): Winamp v1.x
Command: WM_COMMAND
WParam: 40058 (VOLUME_UP) or 40059 (VOLUME_DOWN)
LParam: Leave Empty (or 0)

<HTML>Ooooooooooooooooh.... It works!!!

but....
=)

(I know that a lot of people tell me I'm too picky, so I'm not expecting the response I want, and thank you for your response already, by the way...)

When you click on Winamp and scroll the wheel, the volume moves twice as fast as it does when I use the nifty config you gave me. Is there a way to make it go double or even triple speed at all?</HTML>

<HTML>And while I'm asking, and so that I don't have to ask again later,

Where would one find that information that you have for
40058 = VOLUME_UP
40059 = VOLUME_DOWN

that way I can look for myself to see what I can do with it....

Thanks again!

I love this program. It is the most useful piece of software I've found in a very long time!</HTML>

<HTML>If you want it to move twice as fast, just send the command twice :)
