Problem on Windows Explorer

<HTML>I' ve find that the command of running Windows Explorer in win98 is:
"C:\windows\explorer.exe /n,/e, C:"
but how to input this action?
i've try many times but the effect not as good as the orginial command(the explorer run not in maximize form)
how to improve this problem?</HTML>

<HTML>There was a bug in the exec plugin that caused most windows to be opened in a non-maximized state. It has been fixed and will be available in the upcoming release.</HTML>
