Windows 10 has some hotkeys for moving windows between monitors, such as shift + win + right cursor.

I was able to define this in stroke it with no issues, but when invoked, it doesn't work properly. It just does win + cursor key.

Any work arounds, or tips?

I know about the included "multimon" commands, but the monitor switching command there doesn't work when the program is full screen for some reason. It does otherwise.
