Why is Strokeit not working on adobe reader

Hi,
I've been a big fan of stroke it, that software has saved me time and frustration for years but I don't know why it's not working on adobe reader on my current computer..
Any idea why?!

I see that it doesn't (using Reader DC 2017). It looks like the app is absorbing the right mouse button and not letting StrokeIt see it.

On my computer, Adobe ran as admin (or maybe not)… but I had to run StrokeIt as admin to make it work!
