Simulate Left-Click

Is there any way to simulate a left-click with StrokeIt? I want to make a gesture that will simulate the Control key being held down while left-clicking in order to open a link in a new tab in Google Chrome, but I can't seem to find out how to do it. Is this possible?

Alternatively, you could middle-click the link to achieve the same results (providing your mouse has a middle button, of course).

My mouse doesn't have a middle button, sadly, and I can't get rid of it for... Sentimental reasons I won't go into here.

I installed the plugin from your site, but it's not showing up on my list of plugins and I can't figure out how to get it to work.
