gestures inside "context menu"?

can i capture as application a context menu? of say "chrome" browser so that when i right click into context menu i can apply a different gesture?

or there is no way to differentiate context menu from the browser?

im even thinking of using volumouse as tab scroller if i can somehow identify context menu with a title or class name
