removed all global actions by a misstake

hello, I ve removed global actions in the global editor menu by a mistake and now cant restore it, I tried to remove strokeit and install again but it didn't help the line, the folder [Global Actions] remains emty.
then I reappointed gestures and actions in preferences to those which are in default folder of the program but with no result, but the other "lines" such as google chrome, opera, chat proggs etc appeared in the command editor menu

Im using win 7.

solved this by removing TCB Networks out of registry and hard drive%)

one more question, can i appoint opening a folder on a gesture?
you see I store all my films and the pron in the special folders (I guess as most of you=)) but how cant I appoint opening that folder on a gesture? to have em at the hand's reach, so to say=D
when i try to configure the command there are no commands such as "open a folder"
