Send Keystrokes - How to type " [ " ?

Hi,
can you somebody help me, how to type letter " [ "
Normally it is part of string. for example [ENTER]

..but I need to type [ as part of text or password. for example " asdf[jkl "

"[RBRACKET]" for "]"

or their short forms "\[" and "\]" respectively (without the quotes, of course).
