'Windows'-key

Hi, is there someone who can give me a hint what I must do to use the hotkey 'Windows + L'
I used it in an earlier version and it was fine but now I can't configure it anymore.
I did try to use some different alternatives e.g.:

[WIN_down]L
[WIN_down]+L
[WIN_down] L
...

all combinations didn't work out. In the earlier version I can remember there was a special command to use the 'Windows'-key!
