something better than SHORTPOPUP??

i like Strokeit and shortpopup, i just come to ask if there is something out there better than shortpopup like menu for stroke it

What i like with shortpopup is that
shortpopup is not memory resident
just go up memory when you use and after go out without any resident print in memory

i go to give a try at the software you give the link MKairys... THANKS a lot

(like i tell up, i tried a lot of menu prog. but they all stay in memory, consuming a lot for nothing....)
