Minor display issue

Hello Jeff,

There is a minor display issue in StrokeIt, when used at resolutions which uses a different settings other then the default 96dpi

The Config menus simply cut too short at the right side, and there is no way to resize the form to allow more space.

an example to this issue is demonstrated here:

And it can be resolved in either allowing more headroom for different dpi settings, or allowing the form to be resized to the right as well as down.
