Do It is possible to make a command that deactive the volume when it is
active and the active when it is deactived?

Nope, there's no command to do that built-in. However, I'm sure you can find a 3rd party utility that will toggle the volume. When you find something that can do that, you can use the Run Program command it StrokeIt to run the utility.

Do a run program gesture and open this program, in the arguments field pass the /tray modifier to it.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\sndvol32.exe
