How to open "My Computer"

I don't like using the Explorer--the left-right-two-panel one, with a tree list on the left, but use "My Computer" only (no tree list, single panel).

How to get it work?
Except creating a link and run that link.

Choose the run application command

file: explorer.exe
arguments ::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}
