Can I make a gesture that will mute all sound from my computer, no matter what program I have maximised.

Hi Mick,

Yes, NirCmd is a great utility, and there are a plethora of other great tools at that site.

In the case of "toggle mute" you can also do this from StrokeIt without the need of an external program, by sending a Windows message:

Command: WinMsg - Post a message
Message ID: 0x319
WParam: 0
LParam: 0x80000
