does anyone know of a way to turn on/off the microphone for dictating without having to open TIP, then click dictation?

i'd like to be able to toggle the dictation mode on and off.

i found out that a gesture using the windows hotkey WIN+V can toggle the dictation mode on and off. this should suffice.
