Application Strokes

Hi,

I just downloaded the application and could not find any reference to this question so here goes:

If you assign a stroke to a command in an application, but the same stroke (issuing a different command) had been previously assigned in the "Global Actions" group, which one gets run in the application window? Does the Application definition take precedence over the Global definition?
