i can minimize a window but i can not restore it, can u tell me why plese

You could use the global action "Task Prev" invoked by the Up-Left Gesture (and maybe configure this to Hotkeys ALT+SHIFT+TAB)

Gotta be a little more specific w/ the questions if you
want any real help...

Is it a specific window you want to toggle minimize restore?
-- or do you mean for any window in general?

...Some windows are picky and don't like to behave
themselves with the windows taskbar as they should.
