Need help Using StrokeIt for Commands within Stroke it

<HTML>I'm wanting to be able to, well, lets say I need to fix up my code on accessing a website from the desktop. I have a certain action that would do that, access the website, but I want to use that same action within StrokeIt to access that area. Like I want to be on the StrokeIt window and do the action and it take me right to that section of code. How do I do that? My attempts failed</HTML>
