Double Press Shift?
January 04, 2008 04:46PM
I need to be able asign a gesture to double press shift (in order to turn on/off google gadgets on my system) I tried to assign a gesture for this and made the key strokes to be:

[SHIFT_DOWN][SHIFT_UP][SHIFT_DOWN][SHIFT_UP]

but it doesn't work when I do the gesture, any ideas?

I hate to keep posting work-arounds, but you could always make a macro in autoit or autohotkey that sends "shift" twice, and just have the gesture execute that program

make a script of this and then compile it in autoit, and it should work. (if you use autohotkey, it might be a different syntax)

Send("{LSHIFT}")
Send("{LSHIFT}")
