How can I save hotkeys?

I need to be able put hotkeys in the 'hotkey' box to configure, I can't save it and find the way to save it in documentation.
Thanks a lot. I'm learning this great program.

Hey, Mak!

Just click in the Hot Key box, press the key(s) you want to assign to your stroke (e.g., 'P', 'CTRL + V' etc). Then make sure you have added a gesture for the required action, click the top right 'x' to close, and it should now work.

I do remember having the same problem with hotkeys in StrokeIt at some time. But fear not! There are alternatives to hotkeys in the 'Keys - Send Keystrokes' option. Fot example, if you want to use CTRL + V in hotkeys, use [CTRL_DOWN][V]{CTRL_UP] in 'Send Keystrokes'. Bit slower, but . . .

For a full list of the names of the keys, see http://www.tcbmi.com/strokeit/docs/keys.shtml
