Making winamp next command global

So I just installed Vista and it works fine if you take the color as stated in other posts, but I miss a gesture I had setup back in the day. I want to make the right stroke global in all windows to advance winamp (5.31) to the next song. I'm sure it's easy, I figured it out once but have no clue how. Thanks!
