Simulating Opera's Right+Left & Left+Right events

I really like this feature of Opera's.
Here's the only way I've found to replicate it for Internet Explorer:

1. Use StrokeIt to map gesture LBUTTON_UP (combined with right button) to Alt+Left, the "Back" keystroke
2. Use UltraMouse to map Left Click + Right Click to "Browser: Forward"

This works great, though UltraMouse is not free.

Why do I need to use both apps?
StrokeIt is unable to support the left+right click trigger.
UltraMouse doesn't hide the right-click from IE, making the Right Click + Left Click sequence also pop up the context menu!

Ah well - any better suggestions are welcome!

I also miss the left+right click trigger for forwarding like we do in Opera. It's a bit of a waste installing a sepreate application just to perform this though, so hopefully future versions of StrokeIt will support this.
well i could replicate the flip back thing ,no problems.
and for forward i use middle button which seems strange at first but soon its as good as flipforward.
I originaaly used middle button for use in explorer but now i use it in opera as well
