Lock desktop problem

I've added a gesture to lock the desktop recently using the following keystrokes [Win_Down]L[Win_Up]. The problem is when I log back on it didn't recognize Win_Up so whenever I type certain letters a few windows key actions occurs. Right now I've just been pressing the windows key to register a [Win_Up] but this is rather annoying. If anyone has any workarounds or fixes It'd be much appreciated.
