Easier entry of generated keystrokes

I find that looking up the proper special key ([CTRL_DOWN][ALT_UP][BACKSPACE], etc, etc, plus manually typing them in is rather tedious, especially when trying to enter long sequences of keystrokes to be generated by a single gesture.

It would be very cool if StrokeIt! could handle all of that for you by monitoring the Ctrl/Alt/Shift and other special keys and I could just type the key sequence exactly as I'd like it to be played back.

For example, If I press the Ctrl key Strokeit automatically enters a [CTRL_DOWN] in the send keystrokes window, then inserts each key I press while holding down the Ctrl key, then automatically enters a [CTRL_UP] when I let go of the Ctrl key. Same thing with arrow keys, F-keys, etc. etc.
