I have a few suggestions/requests:
I don't like to have the "Always prompt to learn unrecognized commands" option selected, it just gets annoying. Without that though, besides for the fact that nothing happened, I don't know if my command was unrecognized. I think you should make an option so that if something is unrecognized, it flashes the cursor or tray icon red for a second.
Also, several times I've had something different happen occur than what I expected. This is usually do to it recognizing my gesture as something else. I think the program should keep a list of the past 20 or so gestures and commands so that if you need to know why something different happened from what I expected, I could go to the list of the past commands and see what actually was recognized and then run.
