PLZZZ HELP!!!! work with powerpro

for many months i had looking for a solution for alt-tab with the mouse wheel.
using strokeit one had to use the extra wheeldown to make things work.
BUT now the perfect solution has come with a feature in powerpro's latest version.
The big problem is it doesn't work when strokeit in running :((
even holding control doesn't helps..

as a workaround i perform any gesture with for 150ms brfore the line disappears and then move the mouse wheel.
but is there any way to make it work as is.

and i forgot to mention, that the workaround would work better if only strokeit was more sensitive i.e a smaller gesture line
