Pass Events On

Some applications already have special events for things that StrokeIt captures like right click + mouse wheel scroll, is it possible to get a passon event so that this combination can be passed onto the program?

Also a way to define 'all other gestures', so i can setup one program to ignore/pass on all gestures that aren't defined for this program and not default to using a global action?
