It would be nice to have combination of mouse buttons as Opera has with its mouse gestures. For example clicking the Right Button then Left button sends you back a page in Opera.

You have that, to some extent. If StrokeIt is triggering on the right button you can use events LBUTTON_DOWN/UP, MBUTTON_DOWN/UP, and WHEEL_DOWN/UP,
