Environment variables for running programs

I would like to share my StrokeIt settings between my desktop and laptop. However some programs are in different places; my desktop has two disks and my laptop one. I would like to be able to use environment variables in program pathnames, like %LOCAL%\Editors\uedit32.exe where LOCAL = C:\Local or D:\Local.

This should be an easy change. I'll plan on adding it to the next release.
