Wait command

Would it be possible to have a wait command so that if you want it to launch a program then do something, you can have strokeit pause while the program opens? just a timer would be nescessary or something like [WAIT_5] or [WAIT_13] possibly in seconds or just milliseconds would do fine...

i say this because i want it to wait while a large program i have opens...

The "Activate Window" command will do exactly that if you use the "Wait for window to exist" option.
