Need help to create wildcard

I use Firefox browser and all its windows have the same class and the titles as follows: 
this_part_varies - Mozilla Firefox

What I want is to disable Strokeit in all windows except of specific one with title 
my_specific_window - Mozilla Firefox

Is it possible?
