Prev App on Win8 not working

Has anyone else experienced this? For the most part, StrokeIt works fine on Windows 8 but I found the "Previous App" gesture of Alt+Tab does nothing. It is setup as a hotkey but I have tried the SendKeystroke of [ALT_DOWN][TAB][ALT_UP] and several variations of this but to no avail. Anyone have any suggestion? Thanks.

I can't get it to work either. I tried putting delays between ALT_DOWN / TAB / ALT_UP (which is what is needed for it to work consistently with S+), disabling UAC completely and running as administrator from under Program Files, etc...nothing seems to work.
