how to setup some Delay between keystrokes?

How to setup an delay ( miliseconds?) betwen keystrokes ?
Somebody answered this question as :
'Break your Send Keystrokes command into two (or more as required) Send Keystrokes commands and insert a Utilities - Delay(s) between them.'
But I do not understand the answer.. Can I have please an example or more details..

As the dialog itself says: "An Action is a set of commands..."

Start your action. Add a Keys - Send Keystrokes command. Add a Utilities - Delay command. Add another Keys - Send Keystrokes command. Etc.
