Emulate mouse wheel scrolling?

Hi,

I'm asking this because the wheel on my mouse is broken.
Currently I have a gesture to send PageUp key to partialy emulate wheel up, but as you know, pressing PageUp is not exactly equal to wheel up (the cursor would not be where it was after PageUp, etc).
StrokeIt does not seem to have this function (I may be totally wrong though). Is there any way to do this? say, through some plugin or whatever.

Well yeah, I will eventually get a new mouse, so don't suggest me that :-p

You could use Autohotkey to simulate the mouse wheel. You would use code like this:

!F11::WheelUp

This makes alt-F11 send a signal to your computer as though the wheel were turned upwards a notch. You could then set a gesture in StrokeIt to execute alt-F11, and voilà.

I'm not sure how this could be useful, though: a gesture takes far too long to be of use if you want to scroll a page. I suppose you could use it with click "gestures"... but I'm going to say it anyway: just get a new mouse! Hehe.
