Hello failok,

Do you check [x] Disable gestures in this application and tried
- Window Class
- Window Title with patterns
- File name (exe)

if this don't help
right click StrokeIt icon or make a Hotkey to disable and enable StrokeIt.

Sorry I don't have Solidworks which version by the way and Windows 7

with best regards

Leo

the window finder shows õ+[square] when i use it to look at solidworks.

i manually added the file name SLDWORKS.exe to it and it still does not work

thanks

yay! found a solution, posting it here for reference

i downloaded autohotkey zip (google search it) then i fired up AU3_spy.exe

selected the window that i wanted (in this case solidworks), then i noted the class and title name

i then added these with wildcards and the "pattern match" option on under "disabled apps" and it worked.

the window finder built into stroke it seems like a hit an miss whereas autohotkey reveals all the information that you need to make a custom entry.

thanks for the help
