now i can only send hotkey "ctrl+tab" to the next tab in chrome

but i wanna if i can move to left or right tabs while using strokeit

You mean leftmost or rightmost tab? Or just next and previous tabs? The next tab (the one to the right of the current) is CTRL+TAB (you already know that), and the previous one is (SHIFT+CTRL+TAB). Is that what you want?
