Please anyone can help me?!

I have created Send Keystrokes. But i want a pause between them. please how can i make it? I want a pause of about half or one second between one keystroke:

[ALT_DOWN]D[ALT_UP]EL[RETURN_DOWN][RETURN_UP] AND THEN PAUSE and the next keystroke.

btw: i have asked before here, but never got an answer... maybe this forum is not populoar enough? where else might my question being answererd?

What about Utilities - Delay?

So your command would look like:

MyCommand {
Keystrokes = keys, keys [ALT_DOWN]D[ALT_UP]EL[RETURN_DOWN][RETURN_UP]
Delay = utilities, Delay "500"
More Keystrokes = keys, keys ...
}

I have another question:

what is the command for the "WINDOWS KEY" or "ALT OPTION" ? I cannot find it?!

Not sure what you mean by "command". You can include the Win key in a keystroke sequence with WIN_UP/DOWN -- see doc. on supported keys.
