Deactivating StrokeIt in a application

I use the Right Key Mouse in Total Commander in order to select a series of files.
But StrokeIt intercepts the pressure of the Right Key Mouse and it does not allow the multiple selection me.
It is possible to only deactivate StrokeIt for Total Commander only, best still only the action of the right down mouse?

Create a new application for Total Commander, and then check the "Disable gestures in this application" box.
