Adding a new app isn't working

How do I add Brave or Edge browser? I tried dragging the finder tool to the edge logo in the taskbar but it's not working.
I also did File:Explorer.exe it's still not working.
Can somebody please tell me how do you do this? I'm pretty new to this.
